- New Collection

We believe a garment is a fresh canvas a blank slate waiting to share stories of travels, of encounters, of emotions of the journeys we undertake.

The Marrakech souks – is the story of bursts of colors in the middle of serene neutrals. Our co-founder & design head Mitali More, has painted various artworks taking inspiration from the Bauhaus movements forms; mixed with dusty Moroccan shades to create a breezy collection. Which is set against white, as the main contrast to the various shades of earth. These paintings were then scanned & digitally printed to create the silhouettes of dresses & kaftans.

The second project which is close to our hearts is “point de hand” our interpretation of the famous French concept of “point de caption” which literally means (as in google definition) “ that point through which the subject is sewn to the signifier. Here we are empowering & encouraging small groups of local women to add the final hand stitched details to our looks. Each garment has some or the other feature which is hand sewn by these wonderful women.

We hope you enjoy the collection as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you.

Hilma af klint

She belonged to a group called “The Five”, a circle of women inspired by Theosophy who shared a belief in the importance of trying to contact the so-called “High Masters“—often by way of séances. Her paintings, which sometimes resemble diagrams, were a visual representation of complex spiritual ideas.
