Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. The charges levied vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (UPS etc.) at the time of your order delivery, after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
We are a brand that specialise in digital printing with traditional handcrafted techniques, our craftsmen create them using very time consuming process. To safe guard their efforts we do not allow any returns on any order. Unless we have sent you a damaged piece, you can reach out to us and we will refund you for the item.
If you are applicable for an exchange, then yes you can do so. For all international exchanges the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a damaged product then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation by email.
